INFO CLAIMS REGISTRANT CHATBOT
Exceptional Achievement
Multi-language, Multi-channel (Facebook, Viber, Skype, Web) chatbot developed on .NET Core’s Bot Framework and using Microsoft Cognitive Services Translator, QnAMaker, LUIS. Supports Operator handoff. A custom portal was developed for handoff operators.
ON-PREMISE SHAREPOINT TO CLOUD MIGRATION
Perfect Execution
Assessed, engineered and executed the migration of VWFS’s On-Premise SharePoint implementation to MS Cloud. SharePoint was a large free-for-all implementation which had an immense number of stakeholders from all company departments. Had to overcome major planning difficulties due to constantly expanding scope and set-in-stone deadline. Managed to completely finish the migration on time and ahead of expectations.
